The Master Planner Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing production schedules across cultivation, processing, and packaging, while ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet demand. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and communication skills with a deep understanding of production planning in a regulated environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Develop and manage integrated production schedules for cultivation, processing, and packaging operations to meet company objectives.
• Coordinate cross-department workflows (cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, packaging) to ensure efficient resource allocation and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory and material availability , collaborating with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and bottlenecks to maintain consistent production flow.
• Collaborate with quality control and compliance teams to ensure adherence to GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
