Job Description
The Customer Support Coordinator will serve as the administrative support hub for all customer-driven activities, including billing, sales, and bids.

Work Environment
The team operates like a family, encouraging continuous learning through time management classes and coaching sessions. Fun activities are organized to improve skills. The office is open Monday through Friday, with an expectation to work an 8-hour shift between 7 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM. The team consists of 26 people. Initial training lasts about a month, with performance assessed within three weeks. A long-term commitment of 3 to 5 years is desired.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
