Description :

Seasonal contract position for an RN in the ICU.

The contract duration is 13 weeks.

Shifts are from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM.

No on-call requirements.

Candidates must be equipped to handle a variety of critical care situations.

Patients may have a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 2, sometimes going to 1 : 1 based on census.

The unit is well-equipped, with advanced technology for patient care.

Typical procedures include rapid sequence intubation, CABG, valve replacements, and EVD insertions.

Ideal candidates are driven individuals willing to learn and adapt.

Teamwork and taking constructive criticism are essential traits.
