Position Overview

The Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development will provide strategic leadership across Waldoms HR and OD functions. This role will oversee HR operations (talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, compliance, employee relations) while also leading long-term initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, leadership pipelines, and workforce capabilities. The Director will be a key partner to senior leadership, driving strategies that align people, performance, and culture with Waldoms business objectives.
