Licensed Oncology Social Worker

A company is looking for an Oncology Social Worker to provide social work services to patients and families remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Educate patients and families about available community resources and how to access them

Serve as a resource to clinical staff regarding complex psychosocial issues and community resource access

Document patient / family status, treatment plans, and progress in medical records

Required Qualifications

Licensed Master's degree clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, or a Licensed Ph.D. / PsyD; or an RN

Licenses must be independent, active, and unrestricted in the state of residence

2+ years of social work experience

Experience working with Oncology patients

Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace from home
