Technical Program Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent technical field).
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or a related role within the computing hardware, server, data center, or thermal management industries.
• Proven track record of managing complex hardware programs from design conception through high-volume manufacturing (HVM) in an OEM / ODM environment.
• Direct experience working with or for major hyperscale / cloud customers (e.g., NVIDIA, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc.) is highly preferred, with a strong emphasis on thermal / server products.
• In-depth technical understanding of thermal management for high-density computing, including air cooling and server-level liquid cooling systems.
• Strong proficiency in program management tools, risk assessment, and program budgeting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively across all organizational levels.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally (Asia) up to 20-30% to support NPI and manufacturing efforts.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Communication : Provide regular, high-quality program status updates, executive summaries, and technical deep-dives to both internal leadership and customers’ stakeholders.
