The associate must have goodcommunication skill and good exposure on Struts, Hibernate, JSP, jQueryand Oracle and advance Java, development experiencein Java , requirement gathering and coordination with customer.

Should be able to manage end to end development of application. Plan,prioritize and track new plugins integrations. Coordinate with Customer’sstakeholders and senior management. Identify new Business opportunities.
