Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative

AUTODOC is a multicultural tech-company active in 27 countries and with ~5000 people from over 50 nations where things are going fast forward. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support by telephone and e-mail
  • Offer classic inbound service
  • Take purchase orders
  • Provide information about the status of orders
  • Process complaints

Requirements

  • You are native Norwegian speaker and English B1
  • You enjoy interacting with people
  • You are a team player and your team can rely on you
  • You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • You aspire to leave every customer satisfied
