Indiana Licensed Service Specialist

A company is looking for an RCS Service Specialist - Evenings.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and process all incoming / outgoing telephone calls, including emergency situations

Maintain the organization's knowledge database, including physician's pager numbers and schedules

Diagnose and resolve technical issues with telecommunication systems and computers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Ability to operate various telecommunication systems effectively

Knowledge of medical terminology

Strong multitasking abilities in high-stress situations

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Experience with typing and PC operations
