Job descriptionCatheter placement Radiology Anesthesia monitoring Dental prophylaxis Laboratory work (urinalysis, blood work) Patient recovery Providing nursing care and rehabilitation therapies Maintaining medical records and ensuring proper documentation Administering medications and vaccines under veterinarian supervision Educating and advising clients on pet health, nutrition, and care Ensuring compliance with veterinary laws and regulations in California Managing inventory and ordering medical supplies as needed Assisting veterinarians in surgery and other medical procedures Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the clinic and equipment Current RVT license in the State of California 5 years of experience as an RVT (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in veterinary software and technology Strong organizational and time-management skills A compassionate and empathetic approach to animal care Competitive salary and compensation package Health insurance 401(k) plan with employer matching Continuing education allowance Paid time off Employee pet care discount Supportive and collaborative work environment
