Compensation:$160,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Deliver skilled legal advocacy in family law matters from case initiation through trial
- Design and execute impactful legal strategies customized to align with each client’s unique circumstances, providing guidance on legal choices and serving as the primary point of contact between the client and the firm
- Represent clients in a variety of legal forums, including mediations, depositions, court trials, and hearings involving family law issues
- Prepare clients, expert witnesses, and other parties for legal proceedings through strategic consultations and essential groundwork to ensure strong representation
Qualifications:- To be eligible for this opportunity as a Family Law Attorney in Bryan, TX, US, candidates must possess an active Texas law license and remain in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- The preferred applicant will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in family law
- Competence in using legal technology tools such as Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and digital legal research systems is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capacity to promote oneself as a proficient family law trial attorney, are key
- A resilient mindset, enthusiasm for tackling challenges, and a dedicated work ethic are fundamental to thriving in this position
- A spirit of collaboration and a dedication to team achievement are critical traits
- Strategic planning capabilities and the ability to complete tasks efficiently are necessary for success
- Creative problem-solving and the willingness to think beyond conventional methods are highly appreciated in this role
