Accounting Manager

Position Summary

The Accounting Manager will lead the organization’s financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting and treasury functions. This role also oversees corporate insurance and providing strategic guidance to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Management

Direct all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, billing, job costing, and financial statement preparation.

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions.

Oversee payroll processing, tax compliance, workers’ compensation, unemployment, benefits administration, 401(k), and HSA programs.

Manage corporate insurance policies and risk mitigation strategies.

Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
