Key Responsibilities

Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition and insurability of commercial or industrial property titles

Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments following company procedures

Works under general supervision, managing own workload and performing additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
