Checkr is looking for a

Growth Marketing Manager

to support the expansion of our B2C products. These products are new offerings that have witnessed exponential growth year to date. Due to the success of this business line and the large market opportunity, we are excited to make our first marketing hire in the B2C space.

This role will report to Checkr’s Website & SEO Manager and will be instrumental in driving growth through SEO, paid acquisition, and conversion rate optimization. The ideal candidate will have a generalist growth marketing background, with experience in AI-driven content engineering and B2C marketing strategies. This role is a unique opportunity to work on quickly scaling new products within a more established marketing organization.

What you’ll do

Growth Strategy :

Define our end to end growth / user acquisition strategy for B2C product line, spanning SEO, website, paid, email, etc.

AI-Driven SEO :

Lead end-to-end content creation, utilizing AI tools to generate efficiencies across our entire content generation process.

Paid Acquisition :

Manage B2C paid acquisition campaigns across social, display, and online video platforms.

Product Positioning :

refine target personas and value propositions for B2C products.

Conversion Rate Optimization :

Collaborate with core marketing team to enhance B2C website performance and A / B testing and optimization strategies.

Cross-functional collaboration :

Work closely with product and engineering teams to continuously adapt our strategy based on the product roadmap and insights into what is working.

What you bring

Experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO and paid acquisition.

Familiarity with AI-driven content engineering tools and workflows.

A creative, test and learn mindset, particularly when it comes to testing cutting edge AI solutions and tools.

Background in B2C marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.

Demonstrated experience in quickly testing and scaling new marketing channels, with a focus on speed and efficiency.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient with basic analytical tools (Google Sheets / Excel, Looker, Google Analytics).

A desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency.

Self starter : go-getter attitude who likes to get things done on their own initiative.

The base salary range for this role is $113,000 to $133,000in San Francisco, CA.The base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $112,000in Denver, CO.
