Reports to : SVP of Sales with dotted line to the VP of Ecommerce

Founded in 2001, BWB became the foundational investment in Yellow Wood Partners intimate wellness platform in 2021.

The Role

We need a builder. Someone who can fix, grow, and lead. This role owns the strategy and daily performance of our Amazon and retail marketplace business, with a clear mandate : grow Amazon and unlock growth across all platforms.

Youll be our in-house expert for Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Pick Up Services, and more. You will the business like its your own, working cross-functionally, and driving real impact fast.

What Youll Do

Own & Scale Marketplace Revenue

  • Lead Amazon and retailer.com business across topline sales, margin, and share.
  • Create and execute channel-level growth plans by brand, category, and account.
  • Partner closely with Brand and Marketing to upgrade content, SEO, and paid media strategy.

Diagnose & Optimize Performance

  • Analyze traffic, conversion, and profitability then act fast to improve them.
  • Build dashboards to track KPIs and uncover whats working (or not).
  • Turn data into insights, and insights into results.
  • Forecasting, Promotions & Operations

  • Lead forecasting, reporting, and business reviews with Sales & Supply Chain.
  • Own promo calendars, co-op spend, and digital shelf optimization.
  • Align inventory with demand to avoid out-of-stocks and lost sales.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance on budgets and promotional spend.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain on service levels and forecast accuracy.
  • Work with Brand, Marketing, and external agencies on launches and campaigns.
  • Foster strong collaboration within the Sales team to ensure alignment across retail and .com strategies.
  • Build effective cross-functional communication and alignment to drive consistent execution and performance.
  • Drive Innovation & Growth

  • Vet new tools, platforms, and programs to boost visibility and ROI.
  • Test new approaches to pricing, promotions, and content.
  • About You

  • 57 years running Amazon and retailer.com accounts.
  • Proven wins in CPG, beauty, wellness, or adjacent categories.
  • Strong forecasting, analytics, and digital shelf experience.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor / Seller Central, retailer portals, Excel; Netsuite is a plus.
  • Clear, concise communicator and confident collaborator.
  • Strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds alignment across departments.

    Compensation

    $130,000 $180,000, based on experience and impact.
