Job description

Job Title : Precision Parts Inspector

Hours & Location :

  • Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • Location : Cleveland, OH (near Rocky River Dr.)

Pay & Benefits :

  • Starting Pay : $27.00-$29.00 / hr, based on experience
  • Contract-to-Hire : Raise upon direct hire, with additional increases at 1-year and 2-year marks

    • Job Responsibilities :

  • Inspect precision-machined components to ensure compliance with technical drawings and customer specifications
  • Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other measuring tools
  • Conduct and document First Article Inspections
  • Identify defects and collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain and verify calibration of inspection equipment
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering to refine inspection processes
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing inspection role
  • Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills
  • Familiarity with various measurement tools and inspection techniques
  • Solid math and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, and work overtime when needed
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Pre-employment 5-panel drug screen and background check required
