Learning Designer

A company is looking for a Learning Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Develop detailed Learning Design Plans that align with standards and product strategy

Analyze, design, develop, and implement learning curricula and content in collaboration with the product team

Measure and evaluate the learning experience, capturing and analyzing metrics to assess impact

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience in learning design, instructional design, or a related field

Master's level education or professional training in education, instructional design, or related fields preferred

Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and learning science

Experience with e-learning authoring tools and platforms

Fluency in Spanish is a plus
