The Manager, Facilities & Workplace Experience, is a high-impact strategic and operational leader responsible for delivering the full employee experience at Taco Bell's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) in Irvine. This isn't just about managing a building; it's about creating a workplace that feels energizing, inspiring, and uniquely Taco Bell.
You'll lead the Workplace Experience team, which brings together facilities management, physical security and safety programs, and employee engagement programs, which are essential to keeping the RSC running smoothly and our bold culture alive. From shaping the future of our physical space through long-term workplace strategy and space planning, to overseeing capital projects, amenities, culture-driving events, and safety operations, you'll play a central role in what makes the RSC an amazing place to work.
In this role, the opportunities are endless : partner closely with senior leaders, lead innovative projects, and develop a high-performing team, all while creating moments of joy (and maybe a few tacos) for 1,000+ employees. You'll report to the Sr. Director, People & Culture, and directly lead a Facilities Analyst and an Associate Manager, Workplace Experience, and serve as the primary liaison to our dining and catering partners.

Salary Range : $137,000 to $145,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
