Digital Accessibility Consultant

A company is looking for a Digital Accessibility Consultant & Disability Inclusion Champion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive enterprise-wide accessibility initiatives for internal technologies and content

Partner with leadership to establish processes, develop self-service tools, and deliver training on digital accessibility best practices

Conduct accessibility audits and provide technical solutions to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.x guidelines

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital accessibility, especially within enterprise internal systems and content

Proven expertise in managing third-party vendor accessibility evaluations and consulting practices

Strong technical knowledge of WCAG 2.x standards, assistive technologies, and web development best practices

Experience with Agile methodologies, product delivery lifecycle, and internal enterprise platforms

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and educate diverse internal audiences
