Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee institutional and education-sector projects throughout Cleveland. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience managing complex builds and renovations.

Manage project scope, schedule, and budget

Coordinate with school boards, universities, and owners' reps

Oversee subcontractor performance and on-site activities

Prepare documentation for change orders and RFIs

Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field

5+ years' experience managing institutional or public projects

Field background strongly preferred

Excellent leadership and communication skills
