Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for telecommunications and IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot voice systems and applications; identify process improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of daily operations to deliver superior technical support.
- Participate in projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications
HS Diploma / GED required.2+ years in systems implementation / design OR 3+ years in systems support.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Preferred Skills :
VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and Microsoft Teams Voice.Ability to diagnose voice-related issues and familiarity with VoIP hardware.Why BayCare
