Job Opportunity : Lease Retention Specialist / Sales Representative

Audi Calabasas is seeking a results-driven Lease Retention Specialist / Sales Representative to join our luxury automotive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive lease management or sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively contact clients with upcoming lease expirations to discuss renewal, upgrade, or purchase options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Audi customers to promote brand loyalty
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions for lease returns and new deliveries
• Monitor and report on lease retention metrics and customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications and follow-up activities

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off individual payable gross, and bonuses based on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. The annual estimated earnings range is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
