An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse skilled in Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care Unit nursing, specializing in long-term acute care settings. • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) environment.\n
• Administer and monitor treatments and medications in accordance with established protocols and patient care plans.\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.\n
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and communication.\n
• Adhere to a 1 : 4 nurse-to-patient ratio ensuring high-quality patient monitoring and care.\n
• Participate in an orientation program held bi-weekly to ensure seamless integration into the team.\n\nDesired Qualifications : \n
• Current RN license in Kentucky or compact licensure.\n
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting.\n
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale.\n
• Residence within 100 miles of the facility.\n
• Proficient with Meditech EMR.\n
