Why This Role Matters

As Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution for key Radformation products. This role bridges product, sales, and marketing to deliver campaigns that increase product adoption, awareness, and market expansion. You'll craft messaging that resonates with clinicians and decision-makers, helping them see how Radformation products improve treatment quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities Include :

Required Experience :

5+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably in radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging, or medical technology.

Proven ability to create go-to-market strategies and campaign materials that drive adoption and growth.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.

Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.

Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience :

Experience with healthcare, SaaS, medical device and / or clinical marketing.

Prior clinical Radiation Oncology experience or experience marketing treatment planning software, secondary calculation, and dose verification software.

Prior experience supporting product launches in a regulated environment (FDA, CE Mark, TGA).

Familiarity with buyer journey development and content mapping.

Salary Range : $135,000$150,000 USD base, plus bonus eligibility.
