Requirements

• DEA License
• Board Certification if needed
• NPDB printout
• Tricare Sanctions

Qualifications

Licensing and Certification

Licensure : Varies by region but often includes exams to become a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
