EDC Area Maintenance Janitor (La Marqueta)

Hours : Part-time (24 hours per week)

Work days : Friday - Sunday

Pay Rate : $17.50 per hour

Day-time Shifts : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

Job Site Locations : Brooklyn

Duties and Responsibilities

• Janitorial duties (sweep, mop, remove trash, replace can liners, restock consumables, etc.)
• Litter pickup in outdoor common areas and sidewalks
• Sweeping sidewalks
• Remove and replace trash bags in trash can
• Sweep and mop interior floors
• Clean and maintenance of the interior and exterior of city-owned properties
• Dusting and vacuuming
• Power washing
• Light bulb change
• Responsible for watering plants
• Light touch up paintings
• Mandatory Snow Removal and possible overtime
