The Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Program Manager (PM) shall be responsible for leading all aspects of specific DMS projects for the C-130J production and sustainment programs. They shall be responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of their respective DMS programs. The individual shall be capable of identifying risk / opportunities, developing appropriate mitigation plans and monitoring progress. They shall have the ability to work with cross-functional teams, to include multiple suppliers and various customers, with little oversight and coordinate the closure of DMS activities to ensure there are no disruptions (due to DMS) to our C-130J production programs and that there is continuous support of our C-130J sustainment programs. Extensive travel domestically up to 40% and international travel periodically.

Working knowledge and understanding of C-130 platforms and various customer configurations. Knowledge and experience with C-130 production manufacturing process from design through build. Familiarity with Enterprise Data Collaboration System (EDCS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Supplier Data Requirements (SDRL). Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Work across function organizational lines. Building strong work relationships across the internal organization.

Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
