• Facility : 149-bed skilled nursing / rehab center (4 LTC units + 1 Short-Term Rehab)Requirements :
• Active WI or Compact RN License
• BLS, Covid vaccination
• 2+ years RN experience (1+ year LTC & Short-Term Rehab)
• Minimum of 2 completed travel assignments
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience & admissions backgroundSubmission Checklist :
