Base pay range : $82,000.00 / yr - $104,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Load system-level controller software and conduct basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (e.g., sensors, actuators) and complete all required commissioning documentation.
• Keep management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
• Calibrate systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.
• Complete administrative tasks including time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
• Document changes and provide information for as-built documentation.
• Communicate with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
• Follow all safety standards and attend required safety training, with a high regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
