Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing best practice models, strategic planning, and designing patient care delivery systems. The role involves collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care, managing resources, evaluating equipment use, and ensuring patient and employee safety.

Qualifications
Minimum of seven years of experience in patient care delivery.Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience in business operations or a related field.Experience managing budgets and leading teams.Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.Additional Requirements
