Overview

As a Medical Assistant , you'll be working side-by-side with our providers, assisting with patient care from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain valuable experience and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sanitize exam rooms
• Stock clinic supplies and equipment
• Room patients, verify demographics, and obtain medical history
• Measure vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate)
• Assist with injections, phlebotomy, and catheterization
• Assist the provider with in-office procedures
• Review provider's voicemails and emails for patient communication
• Communicate with patients as needed for follow-up care
• Present urgent patient matters to the provider
• Update patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

Schedule : Monday - Friday (7 : 00AM / 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM / 6 : 00PM) Based on Patient Appointments

Compensation : $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly
