Job descriptionAccess to the area's best clientele Commission based pay on services and products Weekly Friday payday Generous tips Zero booth rental fees Amazing products and support staff Appointment based schedule with convenient online booking New, upscale facility Tuesday - Saturday work flow 37 Hour Full-Time work week (32 hours not including lunch / breaks) 1 hour lunch + breaks Potential for growth Provide barbering services such as haircuts, beard trims, and shaves Create and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and barber station Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business Professional and upbeat attitude Valid barbering and / or cosmetology license in the state of Indiana Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber / Hair Stylist Confident skills with scissor over comb, shaves, beards, skin-fades, tapers and longer hairstyles Smart work ethic Unique personal style Excellent communication and customer service skills Passion for the art of barbering and men's grooming
