Responsibilities :

• Set and start molds.
• Optimize process cycle times, address down cavitation.
• Trouble shoot mechanical issues and determine an appropriate action plan.
• Monitor and ensure scrap is being accounted for accurately.
• Repair injection molding machines properly and promptly.
• Monitor machinery and environment for unsafe practices or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP / HACCP procedures.
• Ensure compliance with PPE Requirement.
• Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Recording Production Data Accurately.
• Monitor and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor and Minimize scrap levels.
• Monitor and maximize Production flow.
• Work with Quality Control to maximize quality and minimize downtime.
• Effectively meet Departmental goals of EFF, MEEF, and; Scrap
