Safety Manager

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in workplace safety and compliance who can confidently lead safety meetings, conduct toolbox talks, and oversee field operations to ensure all work is completed safely and in full compliance with client and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and facilitate daily and weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Actively oversee workers on-site to ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
• Review work scopes and project plans to identify potential hazards and implement effective controls.
• Provide thoughtful, practical safety advice to crews and supervisors to help them complete tasks safely and in compliance with OSHA, client, and customer requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and audits, documenting findings and following up on corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture by coaching, mentoring, and engaging with field personnel.
• Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding safety expectations and performance.
