Operations Manager – Fast Cash Strips (Phoenix, AZ)

Fast Cash Strips  is a leading company in the diabetic test strip industry, dedicated to helping people get value for unused medical supplies while ensuring pharmacies receive quality products. We’re seeking a  hands-on Operations Manager  to oversee daily operations, optimize workflow, and lead our growing team. This is a  full-time, in-person position  based in  Phoenix, AZ .

About the Role

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions. You’ll manage logistics, inventory, and personnel while contributing to overall growth through strategic operations and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Leadership :  Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Business Growth :  Identify and execute opportunities to expand revenue, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Team Management :  Supervise and support two team members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Customer Service :  Handle incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism and empathy to strengthen customer relationships.
• Inventory & Logistics :  Manage product intake, including unboxing, inspecting, and recording inventory. Ensure accurate packing and shipment of products to pharmacies.
• Quality Control :  Examine each incoming product for quality, expiration, and packaging integrity before approval for resale.
• Finance Support :  Assist with light financial and accounting tasks; experience with  QuickBooks Online  is strongly preferred.
• Marketing Support (Preferred) :  Experience or familiarity with  sales, SEO, PPC, Shopify, and eCommerce  is a plus.
