This role requires a strong focus on customer service, with responsibilities including equipment installation, adjustment, testing, training, and after-sales support. The position will also involve business trips across North America.

Job Responsibilities Include :

After Service (50%) :

• Continuously improve machine and process efficiencies.
• Implement engineering solutions for manufacturing equipment based on customer-requested changes.
• Identifying quality issues and writing reports and eliminate the problem.
