Job descriptionHillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology and surgery. Previous work as a nursing assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program preferred. Must be able to read, write, understand and follow instructions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills required. Clean, well kept appearance. Demonstrates the ability to perform technical skills outlined in the job performance standards. Must be able to provide basic nursing care to expectant mothers and newborn High school graduate or equivalent Maintain current basic life support (BLS) certification. Previous work as a nursing assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program
