Position Type : Full-Time | Permanent | CRNA – Anesthesia

Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified CRNA to join an established Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a permanent position offering excellent stability, competitive compensation, and a supportive team environment.

Practice Highlights

Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center role

Varied day shifts only

No call, no weekends

Average patient load : varies by day

Work settings may include OR, Radiology, ICU, and ER

EMR : EPIC

Candidate Requirements

Board Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) – REQUIRED

Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program

Active Michigan Nursing and Specialty License (must be in-hand)

Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain)

At least 2 years CRNA experience (excluding RN or training)

DEA and CSR / CDS (must be obtained before start – no exemptions)

Clean malpractice / license history

COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain)

Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

Not accepting new graduates, 1099, or locum candidates

Schedule & Coverage

Start Date : ASAP (Credentialing may take up to 90 days)

Varied day shifts, Monday–Friday

No weekend or on-call coverage

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : 238,368 annually (114.60 / hr)

Starting Bonus : 20,000
