Title/Real Estate Sales Associate

SS&C Innovest seeks a Title / Real Estate Sales Associate to join its unique assets team.The Title / Real Estate Sales Associate will assist in all coordination of real estate residential and commercial properties for our trust clients from listing to closing / distribution nationally.

SS&C Innovest works with clients in the trust & fiduciary area and requires the ability of the sales associate to work within a highly regulated environment, follow company policies and procedures and be able to communicate to clients and coworkers in a professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Work with our trust clients to gather necessary information for the sale of a residential or commercial property
• Update database / upload documents into tracking software
• Find and vet qualified vendors / contractors to complete various repair / maintenance on real property
• Order / track property appraisals and inspections
• Connect / disconnect utilities
• Coordinate any property repairs, estate sales or auctions using services available
• Prepare / review monthly sales reports
• Obtain / process closing documents at close of sale
• Data validation and research projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Previous experience in title-real estate / property management industry
• Search, analyze, and evaluate records relating to titles of homes, land, and buildings
• Able to work independently or part of a team
• Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• A proven ability to prioritize, multitask in a fast-paced, professional, fluid environment
• The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, friendly
• People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, and attentive to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Data entry 11,000+ ksph
