We’re looking for an experienced Bilingual HR Manager to join our team at HotelPro’s corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA as our HR Business Partner .
We are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Florida or nearby who are willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA.
In this role, you'll lead our HR team while serving as a strategic partner to our market operations and corporate teams—providing expert support in compliance, employee relations, and performance management with a people-first approach.

What You’ll Do…
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across markets on employee relations, HR compliance, and performance management
Provide guidance and mentorship to the Talent Operations team to ensure consistent support across locations
Lead thorough, objective investigations and help resolve associate concerns with fairness and professionalism
Guide leaders through progressive discipline processes and performance improvement plans
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws including FMLA, ADA, wage / hour, and EEOC requirements
Manage leave of absence programs and accommodations, including FMLA, ADA, PFL, and state-paid sick leave
Maintain accurate and organized HR documentation, including personnel files, case records, and compliance logs
Oversee unemployment claims, eligibility documentation, and reporting
Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance and relevance
Provide coaching and training to leaders on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and consistent practices
Analyze HR data and trends to drive meaningful recommendations and continuous improvement
Ensure timely, accurate reporting and HR record retention in alignment with internal policies and external requirements
Identify and address gaps in HR operations by proposing practical, people-focused solutions
Collaborate closely with the Talent Team and field operations to support a consistent and values-driven employee experience
What Can You Bring…
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Candidates located in Florida or nearby must be willing to relocate to Georgia and work in-office
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance
2+ years of PROVEN experience leading or coaching an HR team and leaders
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of MS Excel or similar data analysis tool
A calm, people-centered approach to conflict resolution
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
Experience in HR data analysis and reporting is a plus
