About the Role

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to help bring the Dan Murphys brand to life in store, drive exceptional customer experience, and reinforce our discovery and value propositions. You will work across Marketing, Merchandise and Operations to build strong relationships with the business and with creative & print agency partners to deliver always-on value campaigns.

Responsibilities are focused on leading Always On Value POS, coordinating in-store digital and booked programs, participating in regular store visits, creating world-class POS & VM principles, delivering on Drink Better For Less, supporting in-store member offers, collaborating with Internal Communications on brand and service projects, managing administration (invoicing and budget tracking), building cross-department partnerships, leveraging data & insights, monitoring competition and trends, and contributing to post-campaign reviews.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role :

• Lead Always On Value POS, including briefing creative & print agencies, trialing and developing concepts / mock ups, ensuring on-time delivery to stores and preparation of store-facing comms packs.
• Coordinate digital and booked programs in store such as MixIn retail media, Music, Cartology schedules, bookings and supplier activations.
• Participate in regular store visits to enhance head office support for store teams.
• With support of Visual Merchandising & Format Innovation Manager, create world-class POS & VM principles ensuring brand guidelines are met throughout all store touchpoints.
• Deliver on Drink Better For Less, staying true to our brand experience principles.
• Collaborate with Loyalty, Operations & Merchandise teams to support and lead the delivery of My Dans in-store member offer promotions, aligned with the overarching strategy.
• Work with Internal Communications on ad hoc brand and service projects including disaster relief programs and other service-related comms.
• Handle administration tasks including invoicing and updating budget tracker for Visual Merchandising activity.
• Forge collaborative relationships with key departments including Marketing, Operations, State Managers and Merchandiser team.
• Continuously leverage data & insights to drive customer-first solutions.
• Shop the competition and research trends to ensure Dan Murphys is the destination for visual impact.
• Contribute to post-campaign reviews on market performance and internal effectiveness of Always On Value POS.
