During the program, Analysts work closely with senior investment professionals to support underwriting, portfolio management, and market research across a range of asset classes. The program begins with formal training and quickly transitions into live deal work, mentorship, and professional development through Lunch & Learns, networking, and team-building events. Analysts are fully integrated into the team as value-add contributors, with top performers considered for full-time roles upon completion. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities across alternative asset classes
- Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses
- Support portfolio monitoring, reporting, and amendment processes
- Conduct market research and participate in due diligence efforts
- Engage in training, mentorship, and cross-functional team activities Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Graduation date of May or June 2026
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
- Strong analytical, modeling, and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data sources and financial publications
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
