• Assist the registered nurse and / or provider with data collection, appropriate medical interventions, and patient education. Perform these duties through teamwork, while exhibiting high customer service and patient safety.
• POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Education
• Graduate of an LPN school.
• Minimum Experience
• N / A
• Required Registration / License / Certification
• Licensed or eligible for licensing in the State of Alabama as LPN.
• BLS within 90 days of date of hire or transfer.
• CPI w / n 12 months of hire / transfer
• Preferred Education

• Prior physician office experience.
