Provide discreet and professional close protection for high‑level executives, safeguarding their safety, privacy, and daily operations both on and off corporate premises. Conduct advanced security planning, including venue assessments, travel route analysis, and threat / risk evaluations to ensure secure and efficient movements. Oversee access control to executive offices, meeting areas, and corporate events, verifying credentials and maintaining confidentiality. Support secure transportation operations by ensuring vehicle readiness, monitoring routes in real time, and coordinating contingency plans for emergencies or delays. Maintain continuous situational awareness through surveillance systems, physical presence, and coordinated communication with the broader security team. Respond swiftly and effectively to any security incidents, medical emergencies, or suspicious activities, prioritizing executive safety with minimal operational disruption. Prepare accurate and discreet security reports, documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken for record‑keeping and strategic planning. Collaborate with executive assistants, corporate staff, and law enforcement agencies to ensure seamless integration of security measures into the CEO’s business and travel schedule. High level of physical fitness and stamina; able to meet demanding operational requirements. Exceptional decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities in dynamic environments. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in conflict management, crisis de‑escalation, and emotional intelligence. Ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a high‑performance team. Calm, composed, and resilient under pressure. Strong cultural awareness and professional interpersonal skills. Proficiency in advanced security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, secure communications). Advanced medical training (e.g., TCCC, EMR, or equivalent certifications). Established professional network within law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant government agencies. Proven track record in executive protection and VIP client security operations. Client‑focused, discreet, and committed to service excellence. Highly dependable and adaptable to evolving operational demands and shifting priorities. Demonstrates the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all engagements. Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills. Experience supporting and interacting with diverse populations and stakeholders. Effective crisis management and leadership capabilities during emergencies and critical incidents. Proficient in unarmed self‑defense tactics and advanced situational awareness. Flexible and dependable with variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel assignments.
