Del Taco Lead

Overview :

The Del Taco Lead is a non-tip position who will be responsible for overseeing the cook staff and cashiers and providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other team members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interaction with Guests and members of the field Operations team.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Greet customers and assist with exceptional customer service.
• Keep all areas of the restaurant cleaned.
• Have a thorough understanding of our menu item and explain it correctly and accurately to the customers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Establish close relationships with co-workers, managers and guests.
