Location : UCHealth Boulder Health Center - CO\n\nDepartment : Family Medicine\n\nFTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)\n\nShift : Days\n\nPay : $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. As a Clinical Registered Nurse, you will utilize your nursing skills to enhance patient outcomes, adhering to our organization's policies and mission.\n\nResponsibilities : \n

• Develop and implement tailored patient care plans based on thorough assessments.\n
• Continuously monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions, collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.\n
• Assess the educational needs of patients and their families, delivering comprehensive healthcare information that respects their unique backgrounds and circumstances.\n
• Delegate patient care tasks efficiently to support staff and contribute to a collaborative working environment.\n
• Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgement in a fast-paced setting, ensuring high-quality patient care with minimal supervision.\n\nRequirements : \n
• Minimum Required Education : Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered / Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years of experience. Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Nursing.\n
• Required Licensure / Certification : State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification and any relevant certification based on position level.\n
