- Mechanical assembly of extrusion frames.
- Minimal electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques.
- Following work instructions, perform repetitive assembly operations.
- Produce quality work to specified time standards.
- Execute in-process checks using visual inspection and check lists.
- Possess an aptitude for cross functional training to reduce takt time.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools such as screw drivers, hex keys, drills, saws, tape measures and fixtures.
- Coordinating with teammates participate in manually integrating large subassemblies to complete a final assembly.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.

High School Education or GEDSome manufacturing experienced desiredBasic print reading and experience in wire dressing and terminationProficient in reading and measuring using a tape measureOperate hand pallet jacks to move material within plantAble to lift, squat, bend, reach, and stand as work requires.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Frequent use of hand tools. Long periods of standing.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses and safety shoes. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
