UX Strategist - Digital Experience Diagnostician

A MAJOR TECH FIRM CLIENT is seeking an experienced UX Strategist with exceptional diagnostic capabilities to join the digital transformation team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in low-code / no-code platforms and content management systems to identify underlying user experience challenges and develop innovative solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Experience Diagnostics : Conduct comprehensive assessments of client digital ecosystems to identify underlying UX issues that may not be immediately apparent to stakeholders
• Low-Code / No-Code Solution Architecture : Design and implement user-centered solutions using platforms like Webflow, Bubble, Wix, Shopify, or similar tools to rapidly prototype and deploy improvements
• CMS Strategy & Implementation : Evaluate, recommend, and configure content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, etc.) that align with client business objectives and user needs
• Research Leadership : Design and execute mixed-method UX research studies including contextual inquiry, usability testing, and analytics analysis to uncover hidden pain points
• Stakeholder Alignment : Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to build consensus around problem definitions and solution approaches
• Measurement Framework Development : Create KPI frameworks to validate solution effectiveness and demonstrate ROI
