Job description

Overview

The Content Creator will assume a pivotal role in shaping both our brand presence and our client projects. This position requires a versatile copywriter capable of producing strategic and engaging content, as well as supporting the development of content. You will directly report to the CEO, but will collaborate closely with our Head of Client Success, Chief Growth Officer, and coaches to bring campaigns, product launches, and community interactions to fruition. This is ideal for someone with strong project management skills eager to grow, learn, and refine their craft while contributing to meaningful work.

Copywriting and Content Creation & Strategy

Develop and adapt content across various channels—including emails, landing pages, podcasts, live events, and training—to support launches, campaigns, and ongoing brand visibility. Create short-form clips and craft engaging captions, hooks, and headlines for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Transform transcripts and long-form content into blogs, newsletters, and articles to expand reach and increase engagement. Identify evergreen soundbites and story themes to support future campaigns and enhance brand storytelling.

Collaborate across marketing, design, operations, and coaches to implement content strategies that increase visibility, boost audience engagement, and support community growth. Manage content calendars, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on results. Stay informed about trends, optimize posts with strategic titles, tags, and visuals to help grow the JPG and client brands.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience : 2+ years in brand management, marketing, or content creation—ideal within healthcare, corporation, or B2B environments
  • Social Media Expertise : 1–3 years managing brand accounts (LinkedIn, IG, Bluesky, and X / Twitter preferred), with a deep understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and optimization best practices.
  • Substack and LinkedIn Newsletter Experience
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively and represent the brand voice authentically.
  • Content & Writing : Strong writer and editor with a natural, engaging tone—able to craft authentic, non-generic content across blogs, social posts, and campaigns.
  • Creative & Design : Skilled in Canva for static and branded visuals; proficient with tools like Riverside and Metricool, Sprout Social.
  • Analytics & Strategy : Familiar with LinkedIn Insights, X Analytics, and other tools to track performance and refine strategies for engagement and growth.
  • Project Management : Highly organized, proficient in Asana, and experienced in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Portfolio : Collection of social-first content examples showcasing creativity and impact
