A nationally recognized health system located in the heart of San Diego, CA is seeking BE / BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their staff as an outpatient clinician. The practice recently expanded one of the new offices in Banker's Hill (near the San Diego Zoo) and is looking to meet increased patient demand.

Join a team of 6 primary care physicians and 1 APP that practice in a state-of-the-art clinic space near downtown.

Applicants can expect a competitive base salary, productivity incentives, and comprehensive benefits including a defined pension plan.

The Position :

• 4 Day Work Week
• Base Salary Range - $289,000 to $322,000 based on experience
• Proven Income Potential over $350,000 via wRVU incentives
• 36 Hours Clinical time per Week | 4 Hours of Administrative time per week
• New Patients Appointments - 40 minutes | Follow-Up Patient Appointments - 20 minutes
• 18 - 20 patients per day
